Chinese Antique Qing Dynasty Bronze Fragment - Vase or Wine Pitcher Fragment with Dragons

Chinese Antique Qing Dynasty Bronze Fragment - Vase or Wine Pitcher Fragment with Dragons

70.00

This is a Qing Dynasty (18th century or earlier) bronze fragment probably that was once part of a wine pitcher, vase, or other vessel. Part is missing, but what remains is quite interesting. The upper part features four cast dragons (ouroboros) and a Greek key motif as well as holes that probably once held bronze rings. Overall, a really interesting piece with a very rich and authentic patina.

Dimensions: 8.25" tall and about 430 grams in weight.
