1910 Sterling Silver Nursery Rhyme Porringer by William B. Kerr & Co of Newark Acid Etched (170+ grams)

This heavy 1910 sterling silver bowl is an antique American child's porringer. William B Kerr is legendary for the highest quality art nouveau work. This piece features a series of classic nursery rhymes including Jack Sprat, Little Jack Horner, Simple Simon, Mary and her Lamb, and Tom the Piper's Son. Marked for Sterling and with the Kerr hallmark plus there is a Washington, DC retailer's mark. Size is just under 2" x 6.25". Weight is 171 grams (5.5 ozt). Piece is in great condition and has period personalization at the side and bottom. Because of the gauge of the silver, this could possibly be removed (send a convo).
