Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. DC Silver is not responsible for delays or losses due to customs / customs fees. Failure to pay your fees may result in abandonment of your item in the destination country and we do not offer any refund in such cases. We will notify you if you fail to pay import fees wherever possible and work with you to make your shipping seamless.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

  • Items on sale

  • International items without prior discussion and acceptance by the seller

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Layaway?

I consider multiple payments on a case by case basis. To do this, you will need to tell me how many payments you want to make and you will need to make the first payment right away. Contact me to set it up.

Can you put it on hold?

I can put an item on hold for a defined period of time. Contact for details.

Can I make an offer?

If you see something you want, but can't pay the price, make me an offer. The worst that might happen is I'll say no...

How do you date your items

Date estimates are based on research of comps as well as information gleaned from reference books, forums, and experience.

Why won't you fulfill my order?

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

I want to return an item. Can I have a full refund?

Yes, returns are accepted. However, I will deduct the shipping cost from the sales price with your return (shipping isn't truly free, folks). Note that you must contact me within: 7 days of delivery and deliver items back to me within: 14 calendar days of delivery. Items submitted for a refund after that time will not be accepted. No refund will given for items that have been reviewed. As stated above, no refunds on items that have been discounted or placed on sale.

We never discount the sales price *after* the sale.

Will you refuse service?

Not typically. I do refuse service to very rude people. I have also given out four lifetime bans for extremely disrespectful behavior in the shop in over a decade of thousands of awesome sales:

Now that I received my item, will you refund part of the price?

No. I only accept items for a full refund. No exceptions.
