1795-1805 solid coin silver tablespoons made by Joseph and Teunis D. DuBois in New York City. Bright cut engraving and good condition. Fully and crisply hallmarked for 'J & T DUBOIS', sheaf of wheat and the head of an eagle. Condition is excellent with appropriate wear from use. No noted damage. Monogram 'AMD' Tongs at YUAG (1985.85.275), and Winterthur among many others have DuBois silver; spoons at New York Historical Society under OBJECT NUMBER: 1911.56a-l.
