1795-1805 coin silver tablespoon made by Aaron Lane of Elizabeth, New Jersey. Bright cut engraving and good condition on this elegant spoon with downturned terminal. Condition is very good with light surface scratches and a possible near invisible repair at the bowl handle junction on one side. Monogram is a marriage: C/H*A This appears to be a very rare mark, characterized by a photographed example at Winterthur digital collections attributed to Andrew Lane.
