1795-1805 solid coin silver tablespoon made by Teunis D. DuBois in New York City. Bright cut engraving and good condition. Fully and crisply hallmarked for 'T D DUBOIS' andsheaf of wheat. Condition is excellent with appropriate wear from use. No noted damage. Monogram in a period script. Tongs at YUAG (1985.85.275), and Winterthur among many others have DuBois silver; spoons at New York Historical Society under OBJECT NUMBER: 1911.56a-l.
