An 1812-17 John Gaither of Washington DC coin silver tablespoon made of solid coin silver. Handsome early fiddleback pattern with and downturned terminal. No monogram. Condition is excellent with minor overall wear from use such as light surface scratches and age-related patina. Some scratching at the monogram. This is a light to average gauge and sturdy enough for use.
