1818-1825 Coin Silver Teaspoon Set of Five (5) by Joseph Church of Hartford, Connecticut Monogram 'RS'

Offered here is a fiddleback coin silver teaspoon set of five (5) with a classic early 1800's design. Marked J Church in a rectangular cartouche on the stem back and with monogram 'RS'. Condition is good with surface scratching. Joseph Church, who began his work in Hartford in his 20's was apprenticed to Jacob Sargaent and Horace Goodwin. Later, he became the master to William Rogers who went on to found a wildly successful silverware business. Dimensions: 5.75" Weight: 62 grams.
