An 1839-42 rare partial set of 6 coin silver teaspoons by Jehu and William Ward in very condition crisply marked. These spoons, in the fiddleback pattern with downturned terminals, are monogrammed in period script 'GSN'. The mark for 'Jehu & W. L. Ward Phila" is clean on these and among the best strikes I can find. Really a great collection! Light surface scratches, but no other damage noted. Very nice medium gauge of silver and well constructed.
