1850 Peter L. Krider Sterling Silver Teaspoon Set of Ten

$190.00
Rare 1850's set of American coin silver teaspoons marked 'PLK STANDARD' (Peter L. Krider) of Philadelphia. Recently recovered from a Louisville, KY estate. These heavy gauge spoons are lightly gilded in the bowls and have a lovely pattern hand chased across the entire length of the stem terminating at a sort of heart pattern. The backs are plain with a classic mid 19th century terminal with the slightly downward bend. Condition is excellent with some very minor dints on a couple of them (shown). Dimensions: 5.75" in length. 187 grams. Check out some of my other sterling silver here: http://www.etsy.com/shop/neurorocker?section_id=6783258 Or just browse around the shop! http://www.etsy.com/shop/neurorocker
