This is a nice medium sized ladle in good condition commensurate with age. Well stamped with Austrian 5-lobed Dianakopf with 3 for .800 (Diana's head). Signed by the maker A. D. Jonas, probably Adolph Jonas of Vienna. Hanoverian rat tail terminus at obverse. Bat wing flare close to bowl. Some numbers lightly hand etched near hallmarks...4.39. Light patina. No dents, bends or cracks. Of a sufficient gauge for every day use. Bowl is 60mm wide and 25mm deep. Handle is 7" (180mm) long and handle with bowl is 8.25" (210mm) long. About 67 grams.
