Very rare Gorham sterling silver gilt with enamel demitasse spoon in the No. 48 pattern. This is fine, nicely polished and no damage (some gilding loss). Monogrammed 'MBL' in the bowl and also engraved Pittsfield 1893 on the bowl reverse. Stamped for Gorham, STERLING, and 48.
