Magnificent Russian Silver Kiddush Cup with sweet engraving covering entire surface. Some small dings as shown and a thin area on one wall (watertight). On the bottom, it is stamped with the Russian two headed eagle, 84, and IP (cyrillic maker mark of Julius Rappaport). It is also marked with the retailer mark of M Hoffmann and Son who worked in the Bronx, NYC (727 E 153rd St). Recovered from a Jewish family in the Washington DC area. Rapaport is a well known Russian silversmith who worked for a period with Faberge (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Julius_Rappoport). Dimensions: 2.125" Weight: grams.
