1920 Patek Philippe 14K Gold Watch Case with Royal Engraving

Offered here for parts or scrap is a ca 1920's ladies 14K gold pocket watch case by Patek Philippe. It is beautifully engraved with a royal cypher, possibly Russian. Condition is not perfect. Not currently closing but I believe that is just an adjustment. Also missing the crown. And of course the watch itself. That said, you could have a jeweler convert it to a beautiful locket or wear it as a chunky charm or pill container. Imagine it as a tightly fit and discreet container that doubles as a piece of jewelry. Engraved "No. 79350 Patek Philippe" and "14K 200718"
