An excellent oval cushion gem silica cabochon most likely for a pendant or ring. Oval cut cabochon with a flat bottom. Would be excellent in jewelry making or a beautiful craft project. Total weight on my scale is: 6.5+ ct. Roughly 6.3mm x 18mm x 25mm. In the interest of quality, this stone was subjected to three days submerged in acetone to test the colorfastness and the stone was unchanged, thus the color is considered natural. The stone was also subjected to the hot needle test and also passed this test.
