David Breeden Abstract Alabaster Sculpture on Soapstone Plinth – 29" Modernist Original (Estate Verified)

$1,400.00
This commanding abstract sculpture is an original work by celebrated American artist David Breeden, carved in richly veined alabaster and mounted on a solid soapstone plinth. Though unsigned, the piece has been verified by the Breeden estate as an authentic work. Rising 29 inches tall in total, the sculpture captures Breeden’s hallmark blend of minimalism and organic form. The flowing contours and dynamic balance of the piece evoke both human and natural elements, while the contrasting stone tones—creamy alabaster streaked with dark veining, grounded by cool gray soapstone—add textural depth. A strong modernist presence, this is a high caliber sculpture ideal for collectors, designers, or architectural interiors seeking a bold, timeless statement.
