Unidentified Coin Silver Modified Teaspoon (16 g)

This is a funny modification to an early 1800s American coin silver teaspoon. The entire tip of the bowl removed and a new bowl has been formed. This probably salvaged a damaged spoon and transformed it to a nice sugar spoon or miscellaneous server.
