Vintage Peruvian Sterling Silver Picture Frame – Repoussé Work

$225.00
A finely crafted vintage Peruvian sterling silver picture frame, featuring richly detailed repoussé decoration surrounding a beveled glass opening. The elegant floral and scrolling motifs are executed in high relief, characteristic of mid-to-late 20th century Peruvian silverwork. The frame presents beautifully and is well-suited for displaying a treasured photograph or small artwork, whether on a tabletop or wall-mounted with the addition of appropriate hanging hardware. The reverse retains its original wooden backing with a hinged door. The door remains functional but is somewhat delicate and should be handled with care. Hanging hardware is not currently present and would need to be added for wall display. The silver surface is in excellent vintage condition, with crisp detail and an attractive, even finish. The glass is clean and clear. Viewing Area: 4 1/2" x 5 1/4" Overall Dimensions: 10" x 10.25" Check out some other silver holloware from around the world: https://www.etsy.com/shop/DCSILVERSHOP?ref=shop_sugg§ion_id=6783258 Or just browse the whole shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/DCSILVERSHOP
